My Dream Job

Salute everyone!

Today i'm going to write about a future job that I would like to do and also it's my opportunity to explain a little bit my life's dream.

One of my biggest aspirations is to become an architect, that's why i'm a current student on this career, but inside this area, you can find many kinds of architects, 'cause you have a lot of lines to specialize.
Even though there are architects dedicated to sustainability, heritage, interior design and so on, my interests are directed to be a town planning. because I really like the fact to be able to think the city behavior from the design of it.

I can't picture how it will be, I don't know, my office for example and also I really don't want to idealize this, I just want it to be real, 'cause since I was a child I'm dreaming of this.

This type of job it's characterized by traveling and living in many cities, either by planning or learning, but being there so besides the fact that allows me to think the city I can also meet a lot of places and cultures. <3

Nowadays I'm still learning a lot about it, not only in my classes but also by speaking whit some urbanist, architects and some artists because, you know, when you talk about architecture, you can't settle with only one perspective. I have to finish my college first but I'm very happy so far with many of my decisions about my career (because if I start to talk about my life's personal decisions, there are a couple that maybe would change xD) Anyways, I feel very satisfied thinking that in the future I'll be able to live with a sense of independance by working with my own hands and brain in an area that since I was like 6 years old I dream of.

Go to Paradise! Valparaíso Road Trip

Hi everyone ! Today I'm going to write about a trip my girlfriend and I made to Valparaiso the last year; I had the option to talk about a concert that I went to, but there is not so important to me :)

Love & Peace

We had a weekend holiday that may last from 2 to 4 days depending on the date; the last year was for 4 days, from saturday to tuesday.
We started our trip the sunday morning, after a full saturday doing nothing, like any other day in fact LOL
We arrived to Valparaiso after lunch, and honestly, none of us knew where we were, so we walked for 2 or 3 hours just watching the city, and obviously, taking a lot of pictures.

Sunday Sunset

Nearly the sunset, we decided to look for a place to spent the night, so we went to Cerro Concepción, 'cause is the most beautiful and not so expensive place to stay the night in the city, also is near to Cerro Alegre, one of the most distinctive hill in Valparaiso.
We stayed the night in a hostel called "Casa Aventura", located in the highest point of Cerro Concepcion, the view was amazing and the place had been one of the first houses founded in colonial times.
We left our things and determinated to make a night walk we prepared to go outside, and the funny thing is we could not reach the street, 'cause we met a group of european tourist; the thing was, in the hostel, we were the only chileans, all the others were from another countries, so was an incredible experience, because we learned about other cultures without go outside Chile.
In first place, our decision was only spent one night in Valparaiso and then go back to Santiago, but we made great friendships, so we stayed other night, besides we had another free day, without classes.
I really enjoyed the trip, not only for met new people from other cultures, also, 'cause when we came back to Santiago, we did the trip backpacking, because we ran out of cash jajaja (typical of us) and for that reason it has been one of the best trip so far to me.

Oh la lá! France

A country I'd like to visit is France :)

Burdeaux Métropole
This beautiful country it's located in Europe. neighbour to the countries of Spain, England and Germany; so it's like a central point, between all the others countries I'd like to visit too.

I like this place for their culture and history: in France you can find so many cultural places to go among the entire country, every city and town have an excentric and unique quality to learn from; I have some friends in Bordeaux, a port city on the Garonne River in southwestern France; so if one day I were to travel, I would love to visit these friends and maybe stay there a couple of days, traveling during the day and coming back at the sunset to stay the night in some hostel.

In fact, one of my purposes is to go for an college exchange the next year, but it's very complicated to win this, not the exchange, but the scholarship to pay all expenses during my stay there. Anyway, if a can't go while I'm student, I'm sure that I'll go in the future 'cause is one of my dreams go to France and also travel through Europe.
